Customer Service

customer_servicesWe aspire to building long-term relationships with select customers, working together to develop tailored services. We have implemented a key account management approach throughout the organization. Every customer is assigned a contact at top management level to handle strategy and contract matters and ensure that specific requirements are implemented. Additionally, on an operational level in our customer service organization, a contact person is designated to manage all customer related matters.

Our customer service and operations management are located in Saint Petersburg. Together, these two functions follow daily operations and maintain contact with customers and suppliers. In order to serve customers in their own language and to acquire a deeper understanding of local conditions, we have our own personnel (or our network partners’ personnel) in the countries we operate in. Our operations management has two roles. First, managing our transportation fleet and warehousing activities. Second, working in close cooperation with our partners to ensure capacity availability and manage daily shipments.
